BVAS.PRO, LLC (“BVAS,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a fully managed real estate operating system supported by bilingual real estate-trained operators, including CRM deployment, IDX website configuration, integrated VoIP communication systems, SMS/MMS messaging configuration, automation workflows, marketing infrastructure, and cloud document management, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of client data while operating within applicable federal, state, MLS, telecommunications, carrier messaging, and data protection regulations.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, safeguard, and protect information in connection with our website, communication systems, and Services.
2. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:

– Prospective clients;
– Active clients, including agents, teams, and brokers;
– Contacts uploaded or managed within client CRM systems;
– Communications conducted within supported platforms;

Clients remain responsible for their independent compliance obligations.

A. Information Provided by Clients
We may collect information provided directly by clients, including:
– Name, brokerage, and license information;
– MLS IDs, where voluntarily provided;
– Contact information;
– CRM contact lists provided by the client;
– Transaction-related administrative data;
– Campaign approval confirmations;
– Platform configuration preferences;
– Communication consent preferences.
BVAS does not request or store MLS login credentials.
B. Contact List Data
Clients may provide contact lists from:
– Existing CRMs;
– Google Contacts;
– Outlook;
– CSV uploads;
– Other supported systems.
All contact data remains the property of the client.
BVAS acts solely as a data processor and administrative operator under client authorization.
C. Communication Data
When using integrated VoIP, SMS/MMS, and CRM systems, we may process or help configure records related to:
– Call logs;
– SMS/MMS logs;
– Campaign delivery records;
– Appointment reminders;
– Communication timestamps;
– Opt-in and opt-out status;
– Consent records.
All regulated communications are initiated, logged, and stored within supported platforms under the client’s account or within BVAS-authorized systems.
BVAS does not independently originate communications outside authorized systems or client-approved workflows.
D. Website Data
We may collect:
– IP address;
– Browser type;
– Device information;
– Analytics data;
– Cookies for site functionality.
This information is used for site performance, security, user experience, and marketing optimization only.
4. How We Use Information

– Deploy and configure CRM and IDX environments;

5. Communication Consent & SMS Disclosure
By clicking “I Consent,” submitting a form, signing a contract, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise providing your contact information to BVAS.PRO, LLC, you provide your signature and express consent to be contacted by BVAS.PRO, LLC via phone, including calls, SMS/MMS text messages, automated systems, prerecorded voice messages, and email at the contact details you provide.
Purpose of Communications: Messages may include appointment reminders, account updates, service updates, project coordination, billing or administrative notifications, and details about our bilingual real estate infrastructure services.

6. CRM, IDX & Technology Infrastructure
BVAS deploys and manages technology platforms on behalf of clients, including but not limited to:
– CRM systems;
– IDX websites;
– Integrated VoIP communication systems;
– SMS/MMS messaging systems;
– Marketing automation systems;
– Cloud document management systems.
All CRM and IDX accounts are owned and controlled by the client.
BVAS operates as an authorized administrative user under client direction.
7. MLS & Assistant-Level Access
Where permitted by MLS providers, including Bright MLS or other regional MLS systems:
– BVAS personnel may obtain Assistant or Personal Assistant level access;
– Access is granted only through MLS-approved processes;
– Sponsorship and authorization remain subject to broker approval;
– BVAS operates strictly within permitted MLS role limitations.
BVAS does not access MLS systems without proper authorization.
8. Telecommunications & Consent Compliance
All regulated voice and text communications:
– Are initiated within supported CRM or communication platforms;
– Are logged within the appropriate account or system;
– Follow consent status maintained inside the CRM or communication platform;
– Are subject to applicable telecommunications and carrier compliance requirements.
Clients retain full control over:
– Recipient lists;
– Consent management;
– Campaign approval;
– Opt-in and opt-out status;
– Communication content approval.
BVAS assists in campaign creation and system configuration but does not independently authorize campaign distribution.
9. Data Storage & Security
Client-related data may be stored in:
– CRM platform databases;
– Secure cloud storage, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments;
– Platform-specific infrastructure providers;
– Communication and messaging systems used to deliver or support the Services.
BVAS implements:
– Role-based access control;
– Administrative segmentation;
– Data separation between clients;
– Firewall separation protocols between brokerage clients;
– Quarterly access review procedures;
– Confidentiality controls for employees and contractors.
Clients retain ownership of all client data.
Upon termination of services, data will be transferred to the client in a commercially reasonable format when applicable and available.
10. Data Separation & Confidentiality
BVAS serves multiple brokerages, agents, teams, and business clients.
Strict internal controls are used to help ensure:
– No cross-client data sharing;
– No brokerage-to-brokerage data exposure;
– Segmented access permissions;
– Independent CRM environments per client;
– Confidential handling of client documents and communications.
Employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
11. Service Availability & Liability Limitation
BVAS provides services on a commercially reasonable basis.
In the event of a service interruption exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive hours and directly attributable to BVAS:
– The client’s exclusive remedy shall be service credits proportionate to the affected service period;
– Credits apply to future service invoices;
– Cash refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the equivalent of one (1) month of service fees paid by the client.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Third-Party Platforms
BVAS integrates with third-party systems including but not limited to:
– CRM platforms;
– MLS providers;
– VoIP carriers;
– SMS/MMS messaging providers;
– Google Workspace;
– Microsoft 365;
– Website, analytics, and automation platforms.
Use of such platforms remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
BVAS is not responsible for independent actions, outages, data practices, or policy changes of third-party providers.
13. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
14. Data Retention
Data is retained:
– During active service engagement;
– As required by law;
– As required by MLS or brokerage compliance rules;
– As required by telecommunications or carrier compliance requirements;
– As needed to document consent, opt-in status, opt-out status, and service history.
Clients may request data export upon termination, where applicable.
15. Children’s Privacy
Services are not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18.
16. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

BVAS reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
